Rules of reservation, cancellation and stay

Adults and children over 12 years of age are welcome at the Zagaje Guesthouse.
Pets are welcome, fee applies – large dog – 50 PLN/day; smaller dog or cat – 30 PLN/day.
Check-in: from 16
Check-out: until 11 am
We stick to the established check-in / check-out times.
Changing the time of arrival, by prior arrangement.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, but we will transfer it to another date.
If you wish to receive an invoice, please tell us at the time of booking.
The remaining amount payable by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival or on the day of arrival (cash or card).
Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the rules and regulations for rental and stay at the inn.

Meals: already being with us you can purchase dinner (soup + second course). We run a traditional, hearty cuisine. On request we can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free meals (then we charge 15% of the value of the dinner). Meals are served by our cooks from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. We arrange this with you individually. Sometimes, when possible, we serve them later, by prior arrangement.

Terms and conditions of our place:
We help you to disconnect for a while from everyday life and the hustle and bustle of this world.
We respect the blissful silence and tranquility by listening to the sounds and sounds of nature.
We stay in harmony with nature and with our Guests.
We cultivate a television- and radio-free tradition.
The night silence is in effect from 22:00-07:00.
We change towels upon request.

Parking: free of charge, only in the designated area, unguarded, guesthouse gate locked at night.

Smoking: in the Zagaj Guesthouse there is a complete ban on smoking cigarettes in the building. Hardened smokers are welcome to indulge in the habit only in a designated area.

Guesthouse property: – The guest bears material responsibility for damage to the elements of the guesthouse equipment, caused by his fault.

Guest property: the guesthouse is not responsible for damaged or stolen property of the guest resulting from his negligence.

We charge a tourist tax set by the municipality of Koczała.

You can use the sauna, boat, water bikes (for a fee) with us. We also have a place for a bonfire and barbecue (for a fee).
We rent bicycles (free of charge).
Guests are asked to take care of their dog and clean up after them. Not all our guests like direct contact with an unknown dog. We ask that dogs do not enter the kitchen, dining room, do not lie on sofas and other places intended for people.

Quiet zone: the floor of our house – this is a place of tranquility and attentiveness to the fact that other guests also need peace and quiet. We ask you to silence your phones, especially if you leave it in the room when leaving, quieter conversations.
