Because there is another magical factor that allows you to return to yourself through your body and settle even deeper into yourself: it is movement and physical activity.
Therefore, we would like to invite you very warmly to an exceptional weekend workshop under the guidance of Magdalena Gwoździewska – a qualified instructor of physical recreation with an extremely wide range of competencies (which I am sure she will be happy to tell those interested by the fire, but as an incentive at the end of the post we briefly introduce the profile of this remarkable woman).
We have prepared for you a rich program of physical recreation, but yes in our style, that is, always in moderation and in harmony with time for breathing, rest, tranquility, meditation.
All this to positively vibrate your body and, through movement and a holistic approach, soothe, heal, move and strengthen from your toes to the top of your head.

Promised a few words about our instructor:
Magdalena Gwoździewska graduated from the physiotherapy department at the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw. She is an instructor of physical recreation with hippotherapy, an instructor of sports for the disabled (in the category: weightlifting), and is currently completing postgraduate studies in Psychosomatic Practice of Yoga, also at the AWF in Wroclaw. As if that wasn’t enough, she has completed numerous courses and trainings, including a PNF course, a course in muscle and fascial trigger point therapy, a series of Thera-Band Academy trainings, several degrees of Pilates training, a course in preventive and therapeutic dietetics according to Chinese medicine, a course in Tibetan bowl massage, Reiki 1st degree and many years of practice in conducting classes, both individual and group.
Magdalena’s greatest inspiration is a holistic approach to the body as a CUD, a space where body, mind and spirit function harmoniously with each other.
